1. Acceptance of Agreement

Welcome to Xphood services. Xphood is a global financial service platform developed by Beyond Real Paradigm LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Xphood ("we"). By accessing, registering, or using our website, mobile application, and related services, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please stop using our services immediately.

2. Service Eligibility

You must meet the following conditions to use our services:

  • Be at least 18 years old and have full capacity for civil conduct.
  • Not be a resident or citizen of any sanctioned country/region.
  • Not be listed on any international anti-money laundering or terrorist financing blacklists.
  • All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account:

  • You must properly keep your login credentials, passwords, and private keys (if any).
  • Any operations performed through your account are deemed to be your authorized actions, and you are fully responsible for them.
  • If you discover account theft or abnormal activity, you should notify us immediately.
  • We are not liable for any losses caused by your negligence.

4. Top-up and Payment

Provisions regarding top-up, withdrawal, and payment:

  • We support multiple cryptocurrency top-ups (such as USDT, BTC, ETH), and exchange rates will be determined based on real-time market prices.
  • All top-ups require confirmation from the blockchain network, and confirmation times may vary due to network congestion.
  • We will charge certain top-up fees, card issuance fees, and transaction fees, subject to in-app announcements.
  • Due to the irreversibility of cryptocurrency transactions, once a top-up is successful, it is generally irreversible.
  • You must ensure that the source of top-up funds is legal and are strictly prohibited from using illegal proceeds for top-up.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for the following activities:

  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other illegal financial activities.
  • Purchasing illegal goods or services (such as drugs, contraband, illegal gambling).
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities for arbitrage, attacks, or interfering with the normal operation of services.
  • Impersonating others or providing false identity information.

6. Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or absolutely secure. We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network failures, hacker attacks, blockchain network congestion, or forks.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your use of the service at any time without notice, especially if you violate these Terms or are suspected of illegal activities. After account termination, you are still required to fulfill any obligations incurred prior to that.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for arbitration.
